Grant Proposal Writing Course

Two Day Seminar

This two-session class will help you discover where to find money for projects you always dreamed of. It's available to anyone with a knowledge of where to find it and how to obtain it.

The class will be facilitated by Jason Rhoades, a social marketing and research analyst who has assisted numerous organizations with sustainability issues.

The first session will consist of defining grants, contracts, gifts, and your organizational plan.

  • Elements of a successful project
  • Private vs. Government funders
  • Writing and packaging a successful proposal
  • Creating a proposal budget
  • Approaching funders
  • Targeting resources for your needs

Session Two will consist of proposal critiques and other exercises assigned during the first workshop.

As time permits, additional exercises and tips will be provided.
